The LGBT Network is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is a home and a voice for LGBT people, their families, and support systems in Long Island and Queens. Our community centers help LGBT people to be themselves, stay healthy, and change the world.

Queens Community House (QCH) is a multi-site, multi-service settlement house that serves the diverse neighborhoods of Queens. LGBTQ youth find care, support and acceptance through our Generation Q program, while LGBTQ older adults gather at our warm and welcoming Queens Center for Gay Seniors.

Operating in-person and virtually, The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center (The Center) provides recovery and wellness programs, economic advancement initiatives, family and youth support, advocacy, arts and cultural programming, and space for community organizing, connection, and celebration.

Founded in New York City in 1978, SAGEServes offers innovative services and programs to LGBTQ+ elders throughout New York. These include specialized programming for homebound elders, LGBTQ+ veterans, caregivers, and people living with HIV/AIDS. 

Destination Tomorrow is a grassroots agency and the LGBTQ+ center of the Bronx borough. The center partners with the City of New York to provide housing services for both migrant and transgender and gender nonconforming individuals. NEW Pride Agenda (NPA) believes that LGBTQIA rights are civil rights and impact the most critical aspects of everyday life from housing to employment. Working with a diverse network of communities and elected officials, NPA serves to educate members of the LGBTQIA community and allies, as well as the general public, about our legal protections and rights.

Make the Road New York is a space of warmth, safety, and support for our TGNCIQ (transgender, gender non-conforming, intersex, and queer) community members. We offer regular political education and skills trainings in topics ranging from public speaking to ending the school-to-prison pipeline. 

The Trevor Project is the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention nonprofit organization for LGBTQ+ young people. We provide information & support to LGBTQ+ young people 24/7, all year round.

Live Out Loud cultivates safe, inclusive, and affirming educational environments for LGBTQ+ youth by connecting them to positive role models, resources, and opportunities in the LGBTQ+ community. By empowering today’s youth, we are cultivating tomorrow’s leaders of change.

Hetrick-Martin Institute (HMI) creates this environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, intersex, and asexual (LGBTQIA+) youth between the ages of 13 and 24 and their families. Through a comprehensive package of direct services and referrals, HMI seeks to foster healthy youth development.

New York City Anti-Violence Project (AVP) empowers lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and HIV-affected communities and allies to end all forms of violence through organizing and education, and supports survivors through counseling and advocacy.

At the Center for Anti-violence Education (CAE), anti-violence looks like education that empowers, intervention strategies rooted in care, trauma-informed self-defense, fighting for gender & social justice through community organizing and healing for survivors and beyond.

Amida Care is the largest special needs health plan (SNP) in New York State. People experiencing homeless (regardless of HIV status) are also eligible to enroll, and, as of November 1, 2017, the plan expanded to provide access to all eligible transgender individuals regardless of HIV status. AIDS Center of Queens County (ACQC) is Queens’ largest provider of HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment and advocacy services. Since 1986, our mission has been to enhance the quality of life for individuals and their families living with, and at risk for, HIV/AIDS and other chronic conditions. All services are provided at no cost to our clients.

Community Healthcare Network (CHN) is a not-for-profit organization providing excellent, affordable, culturally responsive, inclusive, affirming, and equitable healthcare and social services that center individuals, families, and communities. Working with diverse partners, CHN seeks to support the health and well-being of all.

APICHA Community Health Center was founded in 1989 to address unmet HIV/AIDs-related needs. Since then, APICHA continuously transformed to meet the needs of the communities it serves. In 2015, APICHA became a federally qualified health center further expanding access to high quality health care services for all that come through our doors.

African Services is a multi-service human rights agency dedicated to assisting immigrants, refugees, and asylees from across the African Diaspora. With our staff representing the community we serve, African Services provides health, housing, legal, social welfare, education, nutrition, and advocacy services to more than 8000 people a year in New York City.

GMHC addressed the social determinants of health that continue to fuel HIV infection rates and prevent people from accessing care and treatment. They include food and housing insecurity, unemployment, and lack of access to health services, among others. We also advocate for fair and effective HIV/AIDS policies at the local, state, and federal levels.

Callen-Lorde is the global leader in LGBTQ+ healthcare. Since the days of Stonewall, we have been transforming lives in LGBTQ+ communities through excellent comprehensive care, provided free of judgment and regardless of ability to pay. In addition, we are continuously pioneering research, advocacy and education to drive positive change around the world.

A 24-hour program, The Ali Forney Center never closes its doors. We provide more than just a bed and food for those in need – from initial intake at our drop-in center to transitional housing and job readiness training, we provide homeless LGBTQ+ and at-risk youth a safe, warm, supportive environment to escape the streets.
