Join Creatively Releasing NY for their free-form mediative dance programs that incorporate full-body moves to popular music of all eras. You don’t need any prior dance experience, but you should wear sneakers and loose-fitting clothes that allow you to move freely. By incorporating body movement and meditation, this program helps you become more emotionally stable and mindful by allowing you to recognize negative emotions and release them through dance.
